Eggs Ala Goldenrod!

Easter is a time of reflection on our Savior, attending church meetings, and the traditional Easter Breakfast of Eggs Ala Goldenrod! We have never missed a year of doing this, whether at home, at the lake, in the mountains, in the West Indies, and now here in Fiji. It is fun to know that wherever the rest of family was this year, they were enjoying eating this meal... even Jennica on her mission in Tennessee. Feels like we are together in a way :)

Whoops!! Forgot to sprinkle on the crumbled egg yolks for the picture ..ah well!

They are even better when we have colored the Easter Eggs for the hunt and there is color in the white sauce ...lol This tradition goes back to both our parents and when we were kids! (This is our Fiji Flat--we love how comfy it is! Sits amongst flowers and palm trees...lemon and quava trees!)
