Our first zone conference with them was just to get to know each other. The missionaries love getting together, learning, and eating some good food---we had pizza!
President Layton introduced the idea of not only baptizing a person, but to follow them all the way to entering the Temple and being sealed. That we take the message of Jesus Christ into the hearts of all those we come in contact with. Ether 3:14 "Behold, I am he who was prepared from the foundation of the world to redeem my people. Behold, I am Jesus Christ, I am the Father and the Son. In me shall all mankind have life, and that eternally, even they who shall believe on my name; and they shall become my sons and my daughters." He used several scriptures to support this idea.
