All in a Term's Work!

The students here at the LDS College of Fiji (high school age) are involved in classes wherein they are able to learn more about woods and carpentry; metals and welding; automotive; and agriculture. Elder Collins is helping in the development of a more meaningful curriculum for each course...ones that give the students some type of certificate and knowledge of industry when they finish school.

Construction department and some of the woods projects that the students have been constructing: They enjoy this part of learning! Brother Kete is the teacher in these classes.

Automotive: Brother Deloi is the teacher here and is getting close to retiree age; has been teaching here for quite awhile.





Elder Collins and the Metals teacher, Brother Vuetibau, are working on creating better projects and curriculum that will meet the needs of our industry here in Fiji.

And these are the welding booths that were just completed; another project that Elder Collins has been promoting--SAFETY!!
