Just a visit to the farm at our LDS College the other day! Mud up to the ankles! But...oh well :) A great part of our campus! Brother Raman is the farm manager and is a very conscientious man. Right at the moment, he is also teaching some of the agriculture classes. He has been at the school for over ten years now.
DALO and PUMPKIN
GREEN HOUSE WITH STUDENT PLOTS and CASAVA
WATERMELON and BANANAS
TOMATOES and KUMALA (sweet potatoes--two varieties) and GREEN BEANS
We have a tractor; and even bee hives that produce honey.
There are about ten acres of farming ground; forgot to mention cucumbers that are in abundance right now! They also have the chickens and eggs that you have seen in another post. Just a great source of fresh produce; they sell it to the faculty and community. We love it!!!
